1 Acceptance of Terms

Account Security

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page before you opt in. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 in qualifying games before the bonus amount becomes cashable.

Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified activation window, or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire automatically and be removed from your account without replacement.

Game Contributions

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100% of each wager. One Bonus at a Time

55rr2 players may only hold one active bonus at any given time. You must complete or forfeit your current bonus before activating a new offer. Attempting to claim multiple overlapping bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.

Abuse & Fraud

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a 55rr2 account holder, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — lawful personal entertainment — and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 55rr2:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure Requested by You

You may request the closure of your 55rr2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of your closure request, 55rr2 will process the closure within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method, subject to the standard verification checks.

Suspension or Closure by 55rr2

55rr2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity linked to the account.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay). 55rr2 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts once the dormancy threshold is reached, provided the account balance is sufficient to cover the charge. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a 55rr2 user — registered account holders will be notified via the email address associated with their account, or via an on-site notification displayed upon next login, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the 55rr2 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using 55rr2 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
